This Privacy Policy describes how NK Tech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Antique Appraisal & Identifier ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you use our antique identification feature, images you capture or upload are sent to our AI service for analysis. These images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
We collect anonymous usage data including app interactions, scan counts, and feature usage to improve our services. This data does not identify you personally.
We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version to ensure compatibility and improve performance.
If you subscribe to Premium, purchase transactions are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.
We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill subscription purchases
• Improve our AI identification accuracy
• Display relevant advertisements (free users)
• Respond to customer support requests
• Comply with legal obligations
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements to free users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
We use Unity Ads for rewarded video advertisements. Unity Ads may collect usage data to improve ad relevance. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Google AdMob for advertising
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Analytics providers for app improvement
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data.
Your scan history and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Images sent for analysis are transmitted securely via HTTPS and are not permanently stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Our app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to:

• Delete your scan history (via app settings)

• Cancel your subscription at any time

Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
